Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Your soul exists beyond this 3D physical reality, the part of you that exists in the higher dimensions is called the higher self. You can think of it like this, your soul is the size of your entire hand, however only the pinky is having a human experience.
During your QHHT session, I connect with your higher self, allowing you to communicate and receive information unknown to your conscious mind.
Your higher self encompasses every facet of your being including your past lives and any challenges you face in this lifetime carried over from your past lives.
You are going through an awakening. You’re awakening to the fact that you are much more than what you’ve been taught, which challenges the way you were brought up and educated. But that doesn’t mean you’re losing yourself. It means you’re beginning to question everything you once accepted as truth, so you can discover what your truth actually is, before everyone told you what it was meant to be.
Everything in the known universe is made of energy. As Albert Einstein said "Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another." We are simply tapping into the energy that’s in the other form.
You are a multidimensional being, existing on multiple levels. You have the power to intentionally tap into higher energies that can assist you during this very special lifetime on Earth.
What you can expect
Your QHHT session will run for approximately of 4 hours. The first half of the session will begin with a relaxed conversation. This is where I invite you to discuss everything in your life from childhood to the current time in your life. The more you release and let go, the more successful the session will be.
The second half of the session is dedicated to the hypnosis. This is where I gently guide you into the somnambulistic state (deep state of trance) through visualisation. From that point onward I guide you through your past lives. We may cover up to three past lifetimes during one session.
Once we have journeyed through your past lives, I bring your higher self forward. Prior to our session together, I invite you to take a moment to reflect and write down a list of questions you would like to ask your highest self. It’s at this point of the session I communicate with your highest self while asking the questions you prepared.
While you’re under I will ask your highest self to heal any physical symptoms or discomforts within the body. This is incredibly effective and most clients experience incredible results.
The last part of the session is dedicated to a review of your experience. We take this time to check-in, reflect and integrate any learnings or revelations you experienced.
What determines how well the session goes comes down to one thing. Your belief. Your belief is the most powerful thing you own. It determines how you experience everything.
